Tanager is a growing community bank, proudly serving Jackson, Evanston, Mountain View and Evanston, WY. We are expanding our team, and looking for candidates with financial services experience for the following roles.

The Universal Banker serves as the face of the bank, delivering exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their everyday banking needs. This role combines teller transactions, account servicing, and basic sales responsibilities to help customers achieve their financial goals and build lasting relationships with the bank.

The Deposit Operations Specialist provides broad back-office support to Tanager Bank’s branch network and deposit operations function. This is a general operations support role responsible for daily transaction processing, exception handling, report review, and administrative functions across a range of deposit products and services. The Specialist works closely with branch staff to resolve operational issues and serves as the designated backup to the Wire Transfer Specialist.

The BSA/Compliance Officer is responsible for administering and overseeing the Bank's Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), Compliance programs and for managing the Bank's overall regulatory compliance function. The officer serves as the Bank's designated BSA Officer, ensuring the institution complies with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and works to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and money-laundering risk across all lines of business.

This is a hands-on role for a growing community bank, and the ideal candidate combines program leadership with day-to-day execution.

The Evanston Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, operations, compliance, and growth of the branch. This position develops employees, fosters client relationships, drives deposit growth, and ensures delivery of exceptional service consistent with Tanager Bank's community banking philosophy. The Branch Manager also leads business development efforts to grow the branch's client base and market presence, manages and mentors a high-performing branch team, and serves as an active and visible representative of Tanager Bank in the local community through meaningful civic and philanthropic engagement.

The Mountain View Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, operations, compliance, and growth of the branch. This position develops employees, fosters client relationships, drives deposit growth, and ensures delivery of exceptional service consistent with Tanager Bank's community banking philosophy. The Branch Manager also leads business development efforts to grow the branch's client base and market presence, manages and mentors a high-performing branch team, and serves as an active and visible representative of Tanager Bank in the local community through meaningful civic and philanthropic engagement.
