HSBC in Guernsey seeks an experienced Senior Compliance Manager, MLRO & MLCO to lead financial crime controls and regulatory reporting. The role requires strong AML/CTF expertise and governance across HSBC entities in the Channel Islands.
You will provide second-line oversight, MI reports, and policy input while working with GFSC and other authorities to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. This is a senior, business-facing role in a regulated environment.
