About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our team on a part-time (16-hours per week) basis at our clinic, Invitation to Health, in Wyoming NSW!

As an Exercise Physiologist, you will provide high-quality tailored programs and services to support with the prevention, management and improvement of health conditions of our clients.

Some of your key duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver high-quality Exercise Physiology programs and services across a diverse client base
  • Encourage client participation, support rehabilitation goals, and foster strong ongoing engagement to retain repeat clients
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated, client-centred care
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case notes, records, and clinical reports
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives in line with the values and ethics of Mounties Group
About You

To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Exercise Physiology
  • Current Exercise Physiology Accreditation with ESSA
  • Minimum of our year experience
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Clearance
  • Valid Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proven experience liaising across diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Well-developed communication skills with a track record of achieving positive client outcomes
