Required Skills:

Current CNA certification/license in good standing Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and clinical accuracy Knowledge of basic patient care procedures and safety protocols Nice to Have

Skills:

Certification in CPR and First Aid

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Bilingual abilities to assist diverse resident populations Additional certifications or specialized training in elder care Preferred

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care or similar healthcare environments Other Requirements:
Valid licensure/certification for CNA Ability to work the 7-on, 7-off night shift schedule Background check and drug screening required Willingness to travel for training or related duties when necessary Availability to start on 03/09/2026
