Physical Therapist Assistant

InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible and dedicated full-time or part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (or PT) to join our team at Crook County Medical Services in Sundance, WY.

New graduates are encouraged to apply, with salary based on experience.

• Deliver high-quality therapy services under PT supervision
• Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and use of modalities
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical records
• Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and strategies to support recovery
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, effective care
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture

• Associate’s degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Current Wyoming PTA license (or eligibility)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
