JOB AD:
Advanced Care Paramedic
Aspen Medical has an exciting opportunity for Paramedics to partner with us in providing quality medical care to patients throughout the Unites States and around the world. Today’s opportunity will allow Paramedics alongside fellow team members in delivering the utmost competent care with compassion to the patient population located in Kemmerer WY.
Citizenship:
* All Aspen Medical staff must be US citizens or Green Card holders. Sponsorship will not be available.
Requirements:
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited NREMT program
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a Registered Paramedic in the State of Wyoming
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Maintain certification as a CPR / First Aid Instructor
- Occupational Health qualification or significant experience (Certifications may be obtained through and sponsored by Aspen Medical)
- Knowledge and understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
- One year of experience within the last two years as a Nationally Registered Paramedic
- Possess and maintain national certification (NREMT or NRP)
- Provide both basic and advanced life support in response to medical emergencies on-site
- Responded to incidents using Advanced Life Support protocols and procedures
- Support routine and minor medical care when not actively engaged in emergency response, under the direction of the Clinical Team Leader (CTL)
- Leads and participate in scheduled specific medical emergency response drills on-site (quarterly);
These can be desktop or site drills

Nurse Practitioner-Clinical Team Lead
Aspen Medical has an exciting opportunity for Nurse Practitioners to partner with us in providing quality medical care to patients throughout the Unites States and around the world. Today’s opportunity will allow NPs alongside fellow team members in delivering the utmost competent care with compassion to the patient population located in Kemmerer WY.

Requirements:
Education:
- Master's degree in nursing
- Graduate from an academic program, within the nursing specialty field of study that is accredited by a regional or national nursing accrediting agency recognized by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wyoming
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Be certified as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor (Mental Health First Aid America certification or equivalent)
- Occupational Health qualification or significant experience (Certifications may be obtained through and sponsored by Aspen Medical)
- Qualifications and/or experience in emergency medicine, triage, and treatment
- Minimum of 3 years’ clinic management experience in remote locations
- Experience in emergency medicine, triage, and treatment. Must have strong emergency medical/trauma care skills and have proven occupational health qualification, or equivalent experience in a construction and/or industrial environment site setting
- Post Graduate Occupational Health qualification or significant experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
- Certified in the specialty required as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
- Implement the site-specific Operating Procedures and Policies, medical plans and protocols, facility requirements, emergency procedures, audits & inspections, quality assurance, and other medical practice management tasks
- Conduct quarterly, bimonthly and monthly audits as required
- Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the clinics
