We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to enhance their behavioral health and overall well-being.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and initial evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Work with families and professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment strategies
- Supervise RBT technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
- Provide parent training
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and ability to analyze data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
