. You'll support the PT and rehabilitation team while treating patients across Inpatient Acute Care, Swing Bed/Skilled Rehabilitation, and Outpatient Therapy
, depending on the hospital's needs.

  • Great opportunity for clinical variety and autonomy
What You'll Do

The PTA will provide treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist across the hospital's Inpatient, Swing Bed, and Outpatient programs
.

Responsibilities may include therapeutic exercise, gait and transfer training, balance and strengthening activities, functional mobility training, post-operative and orthopedic rehabilitation, patient and caregiver education, monitoring patient response to treatment, and completing timely clinical documentation.

You’ll communicate closely with the supervising PT and collaborate with nursing, OT, SLP, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current Wyoming PTA license or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong treatment and patient-care skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple clinical settings
