The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work under the supervision of a registered OT in home health and hospice services.
The COTA will implement therapy plans, evaluate functional status, and support patient independence in daily activities within the home setting. Qualifications include ACOTE-accredited OT assistant education, eligibility for NBCOT, active CPR, licensure where required, and at least one year of clinical experience.
