Your Role As a Sterling provider, you will:

Deliver high-quality care for acute and chronic conditions

Build trusted relationships with patients and communities

Provide preventive care and occupational health services

Perform physical exams and minor procedures

Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure excellent patient experiences
