Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This position requires providing quality care to residents in a supportive and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of our residents.

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Support the nursing team in providing quality patient care
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Participate in orientation and training sessions as required
• Assist with medication administration as directed by nursing staff
• Floating to different units as necessary

This position involves working in a memory care unit and general resident care areas. Shifts available include:

• 36 to 48 hours per week
• Rotating shifts including day and overnight
• Floating may be required to cover varying needs across multiple areas

• Valid CNA license; temp license acceptable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated compassion and dedication to resident care
• Availability for orientation and training sessions

Position available in a facility located in City, State.

Candidates with more than two call-off occurrences may be subject to termination. This role is crucial to maintaining the high standard of care we provide to our residents.
