Physical Therapist (PT) – School-Based Position

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a school-based assignment. This is a unique opportunity to work within a special education setting, supporting students and collaborating with educators and families to deliver impactful therapy services.

• Duration: 29 Weeks (School Year)
• Start:
  Immediate / Upcoming School Year

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services to students
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
• Provide recommendations for student care and development

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Active Physical Therapist License (Wyoming or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Flexible delivery: onsite and/or virtual based on program needs
• Supportive environment with a small caseload
