Provide exceptional guest service and lead Front Desk and Night Audit teams;
Check guests in and out using V1 property management system and manage room blocking/inventory;
Assist with payroll, scheduling, training, coaching, and disciplinary action;
Monitor staff performance and ensure brand standards; conduct daily briefings;
Respond to Medallia guest surveys and oversee cash handling, lost and found, and vault/cash banks
