Pool Attendant

The Pool Activities Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the pool slide for all guests.

• Walk pool area and remove newspapers, trays, empty ash urns, remove trash and/or linens and note any areas that need immediate cleaning.
• Practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests, fellow employees and self.
• Handle items for “lost and fond” according to the hotel standards.
• Report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and or 20 pounds of force consistently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

This position does not earn tips.
