- - Responsibilities:
Function as the team lead for the Front Desk staff and insure they are providing the required guest service according to brand standards and National Park Service standards.;
Check guests into cabins in a courteous, efficient manner while using the Property Management System.;
Check guests out by accurately posting any necessary charges and payments in the Property Management System.;
Book activities and dining reservations for non-resident guests.;
Balance cash drawer and turns in balanced cashier audit at end of shift.
