- - Responsibilities:
Receives, washes, dries, irons or otherwise prepares for delivery all dirty linen, towels, rugs and bedspreads sent to Jackson Lake Lodge laundry, according to established procedures;
Laundry workers fill specific job positions on a rotating basis, such as Dryer Operator, Shaker Sorter, Ironer, Feeder and Catcher, load, unload dryers, etc.;
Places wet towels, rugs, bedspreads in dryer, then sorts and folds when dry;
Separates clean linen and prepare material for the flatwork ironer;
Attends the flatwork ironer and feeds prepared work in, or catches, folds, and stacks work on the receiving side
