Concierge Agent

BCS Adventures is seeking outgoing, resourceful, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our growing concierge team. This is not your typical concierge position. Our Concierge & Adventure Specialists help guests create unforgettable experiences throughout Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, and Grand Teton National Park.

From arranging private wildlife safaris and luxury transportation and crafting personalized itineraries, our team serves as the local expert's guests rely on throughout their stay.

• Design personalized guest itineraries and vacation experiences

• Recommend and book activities, tours, transportation, and local experiences

• Build relationships with local outfitters, guides, and hospitality partners

• Answer guest questions and provide expert local recommendations

• Coordinate special occasions, celebrations, and custom requests

• Manage reservations and booking software systems

• Communicate with hotels, vendors, guides, and transportation providers

• Handle changes, cancellations, and last-minute requests with professionalism

• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each guest's stay

• Serve as a trusted local resource and destination expert

• Friendly, energetic, and professional personality

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Creative problem solver who enjoys helping others

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Comfortable learning multiple booking and reservation platforms

• Passion for travel, hospitality, tourism, or outdoor recreation

• Concierge experience

• Hotel or hospitality experience

• Knowledge of Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, or Grand Teton National Park

• Sales or customer service background

• Experience with reservation or property management systems

• Fun, fast-paced hospitality environment
