Functions of Role:- Front and back of house work
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Explaining menu items
- Serving food and beverages
- Maintaining clean environment
- Monitoring inventory
- Organizing workplace
- Entry into leadership roles
- This is a catchall role in that you will be required to do a bit of everything within the restaurant environment. This means that each day could look slightly different than the one before.
