My Place Hotel – Jamestown, NDMy Place Hotel is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining hotel security, and completing the daily financial and operational audit processes.

Position Responsibilities- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service during check‑in and check‑out
- Process reservations, guest registrations, and payments accurately
- Complete the nightly audit and prepare reports for hotel management
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and daily paperwork
- Monitor hotel safety and security through routine property inspections
- Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and requests
- Answer and direct phone calls while maintaining professional telephone etiquette
- Keep the front desk, lobby, and guest service areas clean, organized, and well‑stocked
- Laundry duties as needed
- Report maintenance, safety, and security concerns promptly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Dependable, professional, and punctual
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to perform routine property inspections, including stairs and exterior areas
- Overnight shifts, typically 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Weekends and holidays required
