Tammah Jackson Hole is looking for someone with hospitality experience who is ready to take the next step into a supervisory role. Our 11-dome glamping property offers an unusual opportunity to take meaningful responsibility for daily operations while living and working in one of the country’s most remarkable mountain communities.
This is a hands-on supervisory position, not a traditional front desk role. The Guest Services & Property Operations Supervisor works four regular operations shifts each week alongside the team, with approximately eight additional hours reserved for scheduling, team meetings, errands, administrative responsibilities, and property projects. The supervisor oversees the Operations Team, manages the team schedule and coverage, supports reservations and guest service, monitors property standards, and coordinates closely with the General Manager and Engineer Housekeeping Manager.
Tammah is a small property where thoughtful hospitality, strong communication, flexibility, and follow-through matter. Our size allows team members to know the property and our guests well, contribute ideas, and see the direct impact of their work. We value people who are comfortable taking ownership, helping one another, and responding calmly when daily priorities change.
Tammah is located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, just minutes from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and close to Grand Teton National Park. A private studio cabin on the property is included in exchange for participating in shared overnight on-call guest coverage. Details regarding on-site residency and overnight coverage will be provided separately.
This is a year-round, full-time, hourly position available immediately. The starting wage is $25 per hour and up, based on experience. Paid holidays and paid time off are included. The schedule requires weekend and holiday availability.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys hospitality experience who enjoys who enjoys both leading and doing. Prior hospitality experience is required; supervisory experience is preferred but not required. The right person will be organized, dependable, attentive to guests and property details, and comfortable balancing scheduled shifts with team leadership and longer-term operational responsibilities.
