Responsibilities- Responded to guest requests for laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services, coordinating garment pick-up, documenting service details, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Inspected, tagged, and tracked guest garments to maintain accurate identification and prevent loss or misplacement throughout the cleaning process.
- Evaluated clothing care requirements and determined appropriate treatment methods, including washing, dry cleaning, pressing, stain removal, and minor repairs.
- Processed guest garments using industry-approved equipment, chemicals, and temperature settings while adhering to fabric care specifications.
- Folded, packaged, or hung completed garments according to guest preferences and Four Seasons service standards.
- Processed employee uniforms, ensuring proper cleaning, organization, and distribution to the Housekeeping department.
- Operated and maintained laundry and dry-cleaning equipment, including washers, dryers, pressing machines, steam tunnels, and irons, while following all safety procedures.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Basic level of English is required.
- High attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs.
- Ability to kneel, crouch and reach.
- Walk up to 8 hours per shift.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
