Location: Casper, WY
Pay Rate: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Adecco is currently recruiting for an HR Operations Coordinator in Casper, WY. This temporary opportunity is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR processes and procedures.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, assist with compliance-related activities, and serve as a key resource for HR data management and employee documentation. For the right individual, this role may have the potential to become a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Employee Support- Coordinate and process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and other employee changes within the HRIS.
- Verify employment eligibility documentation and complete I-9 reviews, ensuring compliance with federal requirements.
- Process and manage background checks and partner with HR leadership regarding discrepancies or follow-up actions.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, gathering documentation, maintaining files, and responding to general requests.
- Create and maintain electronic and paper employee personnel files.
- Update and maintain employee tracking logs and HR records.
- Assist with performance management tracking and annual review cycles.
- Process unemployment claims, disputes, and employment verification requests.
- Provide administrative support for FMLA, ADA, Short-Term Disability (STD), and other leave-related processes, including tracking and document management.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data for audits, compliance initiatives, and leadership requests.
- Assist with troubleshooting HR system issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support compliance initiatives, investigations, and HR operational projects.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed on HR policies, procedures, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of administrative, HR, office support, or related experience.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, employee support, or HR operations.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and employee databases.
- HR coursework, training, or certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Competitive pay of $23.00-$26.00 per hour
