• Develop and manage the IT budget in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure and applications.
• Manage day‑to‑day stakeholder interactions, identify needs, and evaluate solutions.
• Work with internal stakeholders and third‑party vendors to ensure solutions meet current and future business requirements.

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT Manager, IT Director, or CTO role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in IT business partnering and driving technology initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Express.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Goal‑driven and effective in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
