Overview
Facility Technician at Lundgren Honda. Lundgren Honda of Auburn is seeking an individual to be responsible for maintaining functionality and safety of the facility by working independently performing light plumbing, electrical work, general repairs around the dealership, some janitorial duties, and exterior grounds maintenance. The individual will negotiate and recommend selection of contractors for select maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities- Maintain functionality and safety of the facility.
- Perform light plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs around the dealership.
- Handle janitorial duties and exterior grounds maintenance.
- Negotiate and recommend contractor selections for maintenance and repairs.
- Strong time and self-management
- Experience with facility management
- A valid driver s license
- Ability to interact and maintain good working relationships with all levels of management and personnel within Lundgren Honda and external vendors and contractors
