Deputy Site Manager

Terra Power is seeking a Deputy Site Manager responsible for oversight and coordinating administrative and construction activities related to the construction of the Natrium Demonstration Project. With the Site Manager primarily responsible for all Site activities, with emphasis of Terra Power’s off-site responsibilities, the Deputy Site Manager responsibilities include oversight of the construction contractor’s activities, managing all Terra Power construction responsibilities including but not limited to key equipment deliveries.

This position will report directly to the Site Manager and will coordinate with all areas of the Natrium Demonstration project, as well as other Terra Power internal organizations. The position will also report functionally to Terra Power’s Operations Manager for all salary and HR related issues. The Deputy Site Manager will manage project conflicts to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of products and services and is the first point of contact for any Construction Contractor contractual issues or discrepancies.
