Vice President, Transformation

Our client is a private equity-backed, Medicaid-supported health care services organization providing in-home caregiving and adult day services with a differentiated focus on culturally responsive care for underserved communities. As the organization prepares for its next phase of rapid organic and inorganic growth, it is seeking a Vice President of Transformation to help shape and execute the company’s growth and operational strategy.

Working closely with the executive leadership team, this individual will build scalable infrastructure, lead data-driven market expansion initiatives and support acquisition and integration efforts. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on strategic operator with more than three to four years of post‑MBA consulting experience at a top‑tier firm, complemented by experience outside of consulting within the health care industry and demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity, building foundational systems and partnering with senior leaders to scale a fast‑growing health care or services organization.
