Position Summary

The Director of Customer Care provides strategic leadership for retail sales, business sales, operator services, and customer support operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing customer care and sales strategies that drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen Union Wireless's market position.

The Director collaborates across departments to ensure customer needs, market demands, and service opportunities are incorporated into operational planning, product development, and organizational strategy.

Leadership Responsibilities

The Director of Customer Care leads a team of supervisors and customer-facing employees throughout Union Wireless's service footprint. This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and performance of customer care operations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in customer service, sales, retail operations, telecommunications, or a related industry
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-location teams and developing leaders
  • Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
  • Experience analyzing customer, sales, and operational data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to inspire teams and achieve organizational goals
