Full‑Time | Rotating Shifts | Starting Wage: $24.70/hr

No experience required—training provided.

• Fill bags to required weights and palletize finished product
• Shrink‑wrap pallets and move materials using forklifts
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Follow MSHA safety standards and operating procedures
• Work closely with the production team

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Willingness to learn equipment and forklift operation
• Reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)
• Available to work rotating shifts
• Working in a fast‑moving production environment
• Standing, lifting, and working around machinery
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
• Compliance with safety, PPE, and Respiratory Protection Program requirements
