Our client, an industry leader in steel manufacturing and construction support, is seeking a dedicated Steel Laborer to join their team. As a Steel Laborer, you will be an essential part of the yard operations team, supporting the efficient handling and movement of steel materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $20/hr

** Shift:
** M-F @ 7am-4pm with potential overtime

** What's the Job?*
* + Assist in the loading and unloading of steel materials in the yard

+ Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment

+ Support team members in daily yard operations

+ Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

+ Potential to be exposed to weather elements year around

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; training will be provided

+ Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy materials

+ Strong attention to safety and detail

+ Good communication skills and teamwork orientation

+ Reliable and punctual work ethic
