Hiring Production Operators
We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Casper, Wyoming. This position plays a key role in producing high-quality conduit products used in critical infrastructure across the country. Location:
Casper, Wyoming
Pay: $18/hr
Shifts:
12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate downstream equipment including cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machinery
- Monitor product quality and ensure all materials meet specifications
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Assist with line changeovers and setup
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Communicate effectively with machine operators, supervisors, and team members
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evansville, WY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
