We are partnering with a plastic container and packaging manufacturing company to identify a Quality Manager to join their team in the Northeast
.

• Privately-owned company established in the 1960’s, now grown to 3 facilities located around the USA
• This plant is their Corporate HQ and largest facility so this role will be highly visible to Corporate Executives so will have lots of opportunities to be acknowledged & advance career by performing and making a positive impact

• Company is dedicated to the latest technologies with a ton of new equipment onsite or arriving to expand their capabilities and product footprint

• 5-7+ years of quality management experience within a manufacturing environment with preference to plastic packaging products (blow molded, injection molded, thermoforming, glass containers, or similar)
• Working knowledge of UN/DOT regulatory guidelines are preferred
• Having excellent written and oral communication, analytical problem solving, and sound decision-making skills able to work directly with customers to solve any quality-related issues is imperative
• Must have high sense of urgency, detail oriented, and the ability to prioritize and organize work with limited supervision
• Excellent team development, participation, and leadership skills
