We are partnering with a 3rd-generation, family-owned manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging for multiple industries to identify a Maintenance Manager to join their team in the Midwest

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• 5-7+ years experience as a Maintenance Manager/Supervisor responsible for leading Technicians/Mechanics on maintenance & PMs, capital projects, and other functions within industrial manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of plastic blow molding machines & processes, preferably extrusion-blow molding, with a plus for using either Bekum or Aoki presses
• Must have strong hands-on troubleshooting & maintenance abilities on electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, HVAC, and facility & auxiliary equipment
• Servant Leader willing to work 70% on the floor with employees (30% desk work) while supporting company’s team-based culture
