Downstream Operator in Evansville, WY
Are you experienced in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations? As a Downstream Operator, you'll play an important role in the final stages of production by ensuring products are inspected, packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment according to customer specifications.
What You'll DoAs a Downstream Operator, you will:
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and customer standards
- Monitor product wrapping and packaging for a clean, consistent appearance
- Cut conduit and materials coming off the production line using hand and power tools
- Identify and report product defects or abnormalities
- Verify packaging and labeling accuracy before final inspection
- Support production operations through machine assistance, assembly, packaging, and material handling
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate equipment, material, or quality concerns to team members
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience
- Comfortable working around production machinery and equipment
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Experience operating or assisting machinery
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Assembly or production line experience
- Packaging and labeling experience
- Quality inspection experience
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Desire to learn and advance into higher-level production roles

12-Hour Rotating Shifts (2-2-3 Schedule)
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Schedule Benefits:
- Work 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next
- Every other weekend includes three consecutive days off
This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing facility where you'll work directly with production equipment, packaging systems, hand tools, and power tools. Ideal candidates enjoy staying active, working with their hands, and contributing to a team-focused operation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evansville, WY.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
