Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, document damage and needed parts, and ensure alignment with team KPIs.
The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and basic computer skills, with at least 1 year of experience and a valid driver’s license. I-CAR training may be required.
