This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Agent role located in Wyoming, MI. The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for all guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process. Responsibilities include handling reservations, managing guest inquiries, assisting with phone calls, and providing information about hotel amenities and services to create a welcoming environment.
Qualifications- Strong customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve inquiries.
- Proficiency in receptionist duties, including efficiently managing the front desk operations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle reservations accurately.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Flexibility to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
