We are seeking a Customer Service Advocate / Collector that is customer service driven, has strong problem‑solving abilities and multi‑tasking skills. Responsibilities- Using customer service skills, active listening, and critical thinking to best assist customers and build relationships
- Answering a high number of incoming calls daily
- Making a high number of outgoing calls daily
- Taking and processing payments via credit card or check over the phone
- Making payment arrangements
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, text, and letters
- Conducting skip tracing as required
- Other duties as assigned to conduct business
- High School diploma or GED
- Customer Service and/or collections experience
- Full‑time availability Monday‑Friday 8am‑6pm with potential for a half day within a set 40‑hour weekly schedule and typically 2 Saturdays per month 9am‑1pm (overtime potential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication (proper documentation and interpersonal communication)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong multi‑tasking skills, ability to maintain accuracy, and stay organized
- Complete work responsibilities/tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions and seek clarification as needed to understand customer needs, processes, and job responsibilities
- Consistently follow all compliance requirements, including departmental and company‑wide policies, procedures, and training
- Team leadership preferred
- Physical demands: sit for extended periods of time while on the phone and use dual computer screens

Hourly, Non‑Exempt Wage: $20.50‑21.50 (determined by whether the candidate has collections experience and the number of years of relevant experience)
Monthly Bonus Eligibility after successful completion of training that typically takes 30‑60 days
Gross Annual Income Range (Including Bonus): $44,000‑54,000
