We are hiring a full-time Engineering Manager to lead our team at our on-site facility in Wyoming, MI. Responsibilities include overseeing engineering projects, managing and mentoring the team, coordinating integration processes, and ensuring that all engineering and manufacturing practices meet both company and industry standards. The Engineering Manager will also handle project management tasks, fostering efficient work processes while maintaining exceptional output quality.

• Strong skills in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Experience in Project Management, with a proven ability to oversee and deliver complex projects according to deadlines and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration, with the ability to implement and manage technological solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• 3+ years of experience as a management role
• 3+ years of experience in engineering role.
• Previous experience in the metal fabrication or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
