Salary Range: $73,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Wyoming seeking Electrical Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and tests electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues in production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Implements and maintains electrical safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Develops and maintains electrical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Participates in the selection, installation, and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
• Optimizes electrical system performance and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design, troubleshooting, and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, motor controls, and power distribution.
• Experience with robotic systems and automation in a production setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotics or automated manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with industry 4.0 concepts and smart factory technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems.
• Experience with vision systems for quality control or process automation.
