We’re looking for a motivated Chemical Engineer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Factory Manager, you’ll play a key role in transforming sugar beets into sugar through process optimization, safety leadership, and continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on role spanning both lab and factory operations , offering the chance to make a direct impact on production, quality, and efficiency.

- Collect, analyze, and report process data to drive performance improvements.
- Serve as a technical resource across operations, supporting both lab and factory functions.
- Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and laboratory methods.
- Oversee laboratory equipment, personnel, and standardized testing procedures.
- Provide daily performance reports and actionable recommendations to management.
- Train employees on quality, process chemistry, safety, and compliance standards.
- Take on special engineering projects during off‑campaign periods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred).
- 2–4 years’ lab or process engineering experience (sugar industry experience a plus).
- Strong skills in data analysis, problem‑solving, and statistical evaluation.
- Solid knowledge of laboratory testing methods and continuous improvement practices.
- Effective communicator with leadership and training experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP/LIMS/WIMS a plus.
- Self‑driven, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities.
