• Accountable for providing excellent member experience and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Assist members with accurately processing a variety of teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, cash advances and other requests.
• Maintain a high level of cash and confidential information security while balancing each day’s transactions and verifying cash totals.
• Actively engage membership to identify unrealized financial needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Support branch growth by achieving established referral goals.
• Ensure members are promptly and professionally served.

Education/Certification:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Required:

• Abilities generally acquired on the job. Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow company policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Well organized and able to meet deadlines.
