We're looking for an Assistant Collections Manager
to join our finance teams. This is more than a collections position—it's an opportunity to improve portfolio performance and help customers succeed.

• Base pay starting at $22/hr, plus monthly bonus potential up to $1,775

• Drive portfolio performance by reducing delinquency and charge-offs
• Ensure every customer receives exceptional service throughout the lending process
• Maintain compliance with company lending and collection policies
• Partner with Sales and Service leadership to create an outstanding customer experience
• Assist the Finance Manager in leading daily operations and achieving location goals
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

• Experience in collections, finance, banking, automotive, or consumer lending
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence making data-driven decisions
• Automotive finance or subprime lending experience is a plus
