M&K Truck Centers is seeking a skilled IT helpdesk technician to support end users via phone, email, chat, and occasional in-person visits. Travel to remote locations may be required. You will log requests, manage accounts, and resolve issues by guidance or remote support.
Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in IT support, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and experience with Active Directory and Exchange. A+ or Network+ is a plus, with an associate degree preferred.
