Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Wyoming seeking Demand Planners who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather insights influencing demand.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes for significant deviations.
• Utilize demand planning software and statistical modeling techniques to generate forecasts.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to present demand plans and reconcile with supply capabilities.
• Identify and mitigate potential demand-supply imbalances.
• Manage product lifecycle events within the demand plan, including new product introductions and end-of-life.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in statistical forecasting techniques and demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
