- Prepare and wash vehicles for protective coating and related services
- Pay close attention to debris such as road tar and environmental particles
- Perform washing, claying, and surface preparation with precision
- Follow instructions, procedures, and processes to maintain service quality
- Provide great customer service while supporting overall shop operations
- Is known for their ability to learn new tasks and processes quickly and accurately
- Stands out for their attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Demonstrates strong work ethic in fast‑paced environments
- Is recognized for their ability to follow procedures and maintain consistency
- Has basic knowledge of vehicle washing and surface preparation
This position works in a shop setting with some outdoor exposure during the workday. The employee will work with:
Power washer hoses and spray guns Wet indoor areas with scrub pads, chemical lines, and spray bottles.
- Use hands to handle tools, reach, and communicate
- Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently
- Occasionally sit, climb, or balance
- Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain strong visual abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus)
- Stand and/or move most of the day with minimal sitting
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
