Salary Range: $44,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Wyoming seeking Press Operator / Setups who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing presses to produce parts according to specifications.
• Perform setup and changeover procedures for various presses, including tooling adjustments.
• Conduct in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools and make necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience operating and setting up various printing presses (e.g., flexographic, offset, digital).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on press equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting job specifications, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high quality standards, including color matching and print registration.
• Understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance on printing presses
• Familiarity with color theory and quality control in printing
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues independently
• Certification in forklift operation
