Setup & Process Technician
We are seeking an experienced Setup & Process Technician on 1st and 2nd shift to support mold/die setup, machine operation, and process optimization in a fast-paced manufacturing environment located in Wyoming, MI.

The Setup & Process Technician is responsible for mold and die setup, machine startup/shutdown, and ongoing process monitoring and improvement. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient production and consistent product quality. This position will start off as temp to hire with the intention to hire you in after about 6 months.

Setup & Process Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 22.00 to $ 26.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available (Monday through Thursday)
- Perform mold & die setup, changeovers, and equipment setup.
- Start up, monitor, and adjust injection molding machines.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues.
- Maintain quality standards and production efficiency.
- Follow safety procedures and support continuous improvement
Setup & Process Technician
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years manufacturing experience.
- Injection molding experience (required)
- Mold/die setup experience
- Strong mechanical skills & process troubleshooting ability
- Reliable transportation
- English communication skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
