We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our hospice division to provide essential patient care and support in a flexible, weekend-only role.
Key Responsibilities Include- Conducting ongoing assessments of patients' physical and psycho-social status
- Developing and updating individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, patients, and families
- Providing education and interventions to manage pain and symptoms effectively
- Ensuring availability of necessary equipment, supplies, and medications
- Documenting patient and family services accurately and timely
- Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Michigan
- Minimum of one year of relevant RN experience
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Experience in home health, Medical-Surgical, or community health preferred
- Management experience and additional clinical background advantageous
- Weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and provided tablet with Wi‑Fi
