* Position Summary:

*
* This role is Responsible to maintain and update the Pharmacy enterprise system and provide system support to Company pharmacy associates  Develop, update and/or maintain Pharmacy system training materials to ensure consistent training practices  Train new and/or existing Pharmacy associates as necessary

** Here's what you'll do:*
* + Provide user support for retail and corporate pharmacy associates on the Enterprise Pharmacy system

+ Resolve issues and answer questions related to system operations, insurance billing and switch overrides

+ Schedule and conduct training for new and/or existing users on the features and operation of the Pharmacy enterprise system

+ Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness and identify areas of concern based on user issues/trends and develop training materials to address such

+ Develop, update and/or maintain Pharmacy system training manuals, guides and course materials for consistent training practices  Work with technical support to ensure training documents reflect current product features

+ Provide applications support to include:
Maintain and update Pharmacy enterprise system changes and perform user acceptance testing for upgrades/changes    Perform system updates such as product and supplier additions, product transfers, patient and prescriber profile updates, etc  as required

+ Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

** Here's what you'll need:*
* + High School Diploma  Required  or GED required

+ College degree or college course preferred

+ Certified Pharmacy Technician  Required  

+

Experience with Enterprise Rx Pharmacy Management required

+ Five years retail pharmacy technician experience

+ One year customer service, help desk or related support role preferred

+ Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and pharmacy regulations and guidelines

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service skills

+ Good multi tasking, organization, attention to detail and problem solving skills

+ Ability to train new and existing personnel in the pharmacy system

+ Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word

+ Ability to travel between 5 and 10% to retail/pharmacy locations

+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs to include weekends, evenings and overtime as required
