Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of first article parts and assemblies against engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Utilize a wide range of precision measuring tools and equipment, including CMM, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
• Document and report inspection results accurately and thoroughly, identifying and detailing any non-conformances.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment according to established schedules and procedures.
• Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and CAD models to verify dimensional accuracy and part functionality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the first article inspection process and overall quality system.
