Store Protection Specialist

Ross Stores - 1102 28th Street Southwest - Responsibilities:
Provides visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on sales floor to deter theft and maintain a safe environment.;
Promotes excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with inquiries.;
Monitors entrances/exits and sales floor to identify suspicious behavior and theft indicators; communicates findings to leadership.;
Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and loss prevention practices.;
Ensures compliance with loss prevention directives and supports district and store leadership in safety and security operations.
